Cheesy Potato Casserole

Cheesy Potato Casserole

6 peeled potatoes, boiled and grated
I c. sour cream
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

2 c. crushed corn flakes
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions: In a bowl mix potatoes, sour cream, butter, cream of chicken soup and grated cheese. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter and add crushed cornflakes. Top potato mixture with cornflake topping. Bake at 350 for 45 mins or until bubbling and golden brown.
