Here is a recipe to use the grapes that are on sale this week:
Creamy Grape Salad
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 lbs. green seedless grapes
2 lbs. red seedless grapes
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Chopped pecans
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended. Add grapes and toss to coat. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans just before serving. Yields: 21 servings
